HPEE Fourth Annual Meeting

The Fourth Annual Meeting was held October 15 & 16, 2006 at the Hilton San Francisco Hotel in San Francisco, CA. The meeting preceded the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society's 50th Annual Meeting at the same location. The meeting brought together scientists, researchers, operational personnel, students, and other professionals to present research and ideas related to humans in extreme environments.

The HPEE Officers and Board of Directors thank everyone who presented and attended the meeting and helped make it a success. In addition, we want to thank the following individuals for their help before and during the meeting:

  • Ms. Hilary Greenfield (Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University) helped prepare meeting materials
  • Mr. Greg Orrell (Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University) helped with onsite registration and throughout the meeting

We also want to thank the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) for providing meeting space and advertising for this year's meeting, and the Human Factors and Systems Department at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona for their support of the meeting.
