International Association of Fire Fighters
The International Association of Fire Fighters represents fire fighters in more than 3,500 communities in the U.S. and Canada. The 274,000 members of the IAFF are the nation’s full-time professional fire fighters and paramedics, who protect the lives and property of 85 percent of the nation’s population.

The Society for Police and Criminal Psychology
The Society for Police and Criminal Psychology is an eclectic organization that encourages the scientific study of the criminal justice system and the application of scientific knowledge to problems in criminal justice.
 Search and Rescue
American Rescue Dog Association
The American Rescue Dog Association (ARDA) is the nation's oldest air-scenting search dog organization. Comprised of various state rescue dog associations from across the United States, ARDA shares training techniques, develops uniform standards, and works to create a national alerting system for major emergencies.
European Cave Rescue Network

Mountain Rescue Association
The Mountain Rescue Association (MRA) was established in 1958 and is the oldest Search and Rescue association in the United States. With over 90 government authorized units in the US, Canada and other countries, the MRA has grown to become the critical mountain search and rescue resource in the United States.
National Association for Search and Rescue
NASAR is a non-profit membership association comprised of thousands of dedicated paid and non-paid professionals - all active or interested in search and rescue, disaster aid, emergency medicine and awareness education.
National Cave Rescue Commission
The National Cave Rescue Commission (NCRC) received its charter from the National Speleological Society in 1979, and serves as the Society's representative on issues of cave rescue training and operations. It is a volunteer group developed primarily to train and track cave rescue resources throughout the United States.
